Terms and Conditions

Francesca Satta Art – Mapeadora Venture FZCO

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Mapeadora Venture FZCO (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered company in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, operating under the brand Francesca Satta Art.

By submitting payment for any service, offering, or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

All content shared through Francesca Satta Art, including written materials, recordings, visuals, transmissions, energetic processes, and any program materials, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or use any part of the content without prior written consent. Legal action may be pursued in cases of unauthorized use.

2. Permissions and Collaborations

3. Payment Terms

By purchasing a session, program, or container, whether through a one-time payment or installment plan, you commit to the full investment. All payments must be made in the agreed currency (typically AED, EUR, or USD unless otherwise specified). Installment plans are contractual commitments and cannot be canceled once initiated.

4. No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of the work and digital delivery of content, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment has been made.

5. Failed or Late Payments

In the case of failed installment payments, access to ongoing sessions or materials may be paused. Clients are responsible for communicating any difficulties promptly. A short grace period may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but unresolved defaults may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of access.

6. Extenuating Circumstances

In rare and serious personal circumstances (e.g., major illness, family emergency), the Company may, at its sole discretion, propose an alternative resolution that honors the integrity of the work and the well-being of all involved.

7. Upgrades and Transitions

Clients may request to transition into a higher-tier offering (e.g., private mentorship, deeper programs) at any time. Additional fees and terms will apply.

8. Disclaimer

Services offered by Francesca Satta Art—including but not limited to flower essence guidance, energetic transmissions, Family Constellation work, channeled messages, and creative mentorship—are intended as supportive tools for personal growth. They do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes, as each journey is unique and dependent on multiple variables.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction. We aim to resolve any concerns with care and fairness before escalation.
