Mapeadora Venture FZCO acts as the legal and financial entity processing payments for both travel experiences and coaching services. Each brand operates with its own scope, philosophy, and specific policies — detailed in the following sections. By purchasing any service, the client agrees to the Terms applicable to the corresponding brand.

Terms and Conditions Socotra Nights

Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a tour with us or making a down payment, you accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

All tour bookings must be secured with a deposit. Final payment is due no less than 14 days before the tour's start date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled departure, a full refund will be processed, less the deposit. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and political situations. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

4. Responsibilities of Participants

Each participant is responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. It is advisable to have travel insurance that covers health issues, trip cancellations, and personal liability.

5. Liability

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience on our tours. However, we are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by others, nature, or events we cannot control. We highly recommend getting travel insurance to cover unexpected situations during your trip.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the environment, local customs, and other travellers during the tour. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in immediate expulsion from the tour without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

We collect personal information from customers for the purpose of providing our services and for marketing purposes. By providing your information, you consent to its collection, use, and storage.

We take privacy seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect customer data. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

During the tour we will be taking videos and photos of the participants. Unless otherwise stated beforehand, we reserve the right to use and post these pictures on our website, social media and review outlets.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Mapeadora Venture FZCO (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered company in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, operating internationally under the brand Francesca Satta Art.

By submitting payment for any service, offering, or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Francesca Satta Art—including but not limited to written materials, digital downloads, artistic works, photography, audio transmissions, videos, visual branding, energy processes, and teaching content—is protected under international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or use any part of the content in any form, including AI-based applications, without explicit written permission. Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use.

2. Permissions and Collaborations

3. Payment Terms

By purchasing any product, session, or program—either via one-time payment or installment plan—you agree to complete the full financial commitment.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), EUR, or USD.

All installment plans are binding contracts and cannot be canceled once initiated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services and Programs

Due to the deeply energetic, customized, and often digital nature of our offerings (including 1:1 sessions, group work, transmissions, or mentorship), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for digital programs, sessions, or energetic transmissions once payment has been made.

5. Return & Refund Policy for Physical Products (e.g., The Blooming Wound Book)

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The book arrives damaged
You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, please email us with a photo of the issue at francesca@francescasatta.art within 14 days of delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Returns are not accepted for reasons of preference or interpretation of content, unless legally required.

Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Failed or Late Payments

In the case of failed or missed payments on installment plans, access to services or content may be paused until resolved.

If you’re facing challenges, email us as soon as possible. A grace period may be granted at our discretion. Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the offering with no refund.

7. Extenuating Circumstance

In rare and serious cases (e.g., severe illness, bereavement), we may propose an alternative solution, including credit or deferral, at our sole discretion.

This is not a guarantee but a gesture of integrity and compassion, considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Offer Upgrades and Transitions

Clients may request to upgrade to a deeper offering or mentorship path. New fees and conditions will apply.

Acceptance into upgraded offerings is subject to alignment and availability.

9. Disclaimer

All services—including but not limited to Family Constellation sessions, flower essence guidance, astrology or Human Design-based consultations, creative mentorship, and energetic transmissions—are offered as support for personal growth.

They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

No outcome can be guaranteed. Transformation is always dependent on personal integration and external variables.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

In case of dispute, we encourage communication first and aim to resolve concerns in a respectful, fair manner before escalating to legal channels.
